  • Strength train/build lean muscle
  • Excellent choice for anyone with cardio/pulmonary disease
  • Bring your weights heavy and light
  • $5 per class

Butts & Guts

  • Wednesdays at 8:30 9:00 am in the Ballroom
  • Bring a mat
  • $5 per class

 Sit-To-Be Fit Chair Exercise

  • Tuesday mornings 9:00 to 9:30 in the Ballroom
  • Wear breathable clothing
  • Bring water
  • Open to anyone who needs or wants to sit when exercising, and those who would benefit from deep stretching
  • $5 per class
