  • Fridays from 9:00 to 9:30 am in the Ballroom
  • Strength train/build lean muscle lose weight
  • Excellent choice for anyone with cardio/pulmonary disease
  • Bring your weights heavy and light
  • $5 per class questions?

Butts & Guts

  • Fridays at 8:45 am in the Ballroom15 minutes of butts & guts
  • Bring a mat

 Sit-To-Be Fit Chair Exercise for All

  • Tuesday mornings at 9 am in the Ballroom
  • Wear breathable clothing
  • Bring water
  • Open to anyone who needs or wants to sit when exercising, and those who would benefit from deep stretching
  • Classes are 30 minutes
  • Cost is $5.00 per class

Fit Ball

  •  Saturdays at 9:45 am in the Ballroom
  • $5.00 Per Half Hour Class

 Zumba Toning

  • Tuesdays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:30 am
  • ½ Hour of Zumba and ½ hour mat work
  • Work to Latin Beat and tone those muscle
  • As little as $7 per session
