Did you know that 61% of the adult population is obese? Did you know that intense physical exercise naturally elevates your mood? Did you know that proper exercise helps lower your blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar?

We offer participants an instructor lead fitness program that incorporates all of the keys to fun and functional exercise.

This program is appropriate for everyone.

  • Exercises can be customized to individual ability and comfort level.
  • Wear exercise apparel; bring a mat, hand weights and water.
  • No charge for the first class. Come and join in the fun!

We meet each Monday and Wednesday at 9:00 am in the Ballroom.
